Leitz 200mm f4.5 Telyt Visfolex lens. The Leitz Visoflex system can be used on the Leica screw mount and M mount cameras. Early example in near mint condition. Some nearly visible marks on barrel. Optics claen, no fungus but it does show some haze. Comes with rear cap.
